Content Based on Broswer

All of the articles I have been reading about creating good web design, always make a point of designing for all browsers, but this article that I read talks about how you have to design for a web browser and a mobile device differently. Someone who is browsing the web is more than likely surfing the web, but someone who is browsing on a mobile device, is looking for specific information and they want it fast and efficiently. Because of this, when you design for a mobile device, you have to make your site easy to navigate, to the point, and easily uploaded (if your site is too complex, the user we stray from viewing your site).
